Placing an order with Trophy Edition is simple. Add your desired products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your details.

Once payment has been successfully completed, your order will immediately be prepared for shipment.

## Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

## Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 4–14 business days, depending on your location and carrier demand.

Please note that international shipments and busy periods such as holidays may occasionally result in delays.

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, certain circumstances beyond our control may occur, such as carrier delays.

## Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order value or package weight.

No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

## Track Your Order

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

With this tracking number, you can easily monitor the status of your delivery.

## Important Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. Address errors are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, delivery to P.O. boxes is not available.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may attempt to stop the shipment before it is dispatched.
