You may request a return or refund within 60 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Returns sent without prior contact or without official return instructions cannot be processed.
We typically respond within 24 business hours. If you do not see our reply, please check your spam or junk folder.
Return Conditions
A return or refund can only be accepted if:
- The request is submitted within 60 days of delivery
- The product is new, unused, and in perfect condition
- The product is returned in its original sealed packaging
- The product does not present any hygiene-related risks
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or delivered incorrectly.
Situations Eligible for a Replacement or Refund
A replacement or refund may be offered if:
- The product arrived damaged (photos required before use)
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product does not function as described
For bundles or gift sets, only the defective item will be replaced or refunded.
Return Procedure (If a Return Is Required)
If a return is necessary, our customer support team will provide detailed instructions. You may be asked to provide photos of:
- The item
- The original packaging
- The shipping box
Returns sent without official authorization or a return reference number will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs & Refunds
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval
- Any discounts applied to the original order will be deducted from the refunded amount
- If the order no longer qualifies for free shipping after a return, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund
- Free gifts and promotional items are non-refundable
Exclusions
- Personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective
- Products purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible for return
- Abuse of this return policy may result in future requests being declined
## Opened Bottles
Due to food safety, hygiene, and quality-control regulations, opened bottles cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
A bottle is considered opened if the seal, cap, or packaging has been broken, removed, or tampered with in any way.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box. We will review your case and provide an appropriate solution.
